Let The Truth Be Known

DOMS…..Excuse me what did you say?
Have you ever heard someone use the word “DOMS”? The first time I did, I thought I was hearing a foreign language or that the person just didn't know how to talk! NO EXCUSES…My Definition Of It

Protein Bars...UGH!! Why are there so many?!
You just left the house in a hurry, had a great healthy breakfast and then BAM, three hours pass and you go grab your next meal only to remember it is still in your fridge at home.
